Mr. Fred Jerome Lindsey is my father-in-law. He was always kind and a man of few words. I thank God that he allowed Mr. Lindsey to live a life that the Lindsey family will remember and celebrate for generations. He was a true fighter and an excellent provider for his family. Even with few words, my father-in-law was supportive and an encourager. I will miss him as I adjust to his heavenly home and victory! Keith and I thank God for our last visit with him in Jackson on Nov. 13. Now with those great cloud of witnesses, I know the ancestors have embraced and welcomed him home. Rest in Peace, Mr. Lindsey. Amen!! -- Mrs. Connie F. Smith-Lindsey
