Patsy Logan Obituary
Carthage
Patsy Dowell Logan, 84, a retired school teacher, died Wednesday, December 25, 2013 near Winona.
Services are Saturday, December 28, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. at the Carthage United Methodist Church with Rev. Keith Keeton officiating. Burial is at 2:00 p.m. Saturday afternoon at Moorehead Cemetery near Moorehead, MS. Visitation is Friday, Dec. 27th at the Carthage Methodist Church from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. Wilcox Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Family will receive friends at the home of Dr. Wade and Angelia Dowell from 3:00 to 4:00 p.m. Saturday in Indianola.
Mrs. Logan, a native of Leake County, was a member of Carthage United Methodist Church.
Survivors include: her husband, Dr. William D. Logan of Carthage; sons, Dr. Wade (Angelia) Dowell of Indianola and Dr. John (Melissa) Logan of Covington; daughters, Melissa (Bill) Daubert of Manassas, VA and Rebecca (Rev. Chris) Thore of Jamestown, NC; sister, Violet Blocker of Carthage; 4 grandchildren, Drs. Matt and Kimberly Dowell, Britt (Shelby) Dowell, and Chad (Kelsey) Dowell, Georgeana Dowell; 9 step-grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren.

I cannot express the sadness I am feeling at the loss of this beautiful woman. So glad we spoke when we did, I am sorry for the family's loss of this mother, and grandmother, Ms Pat loved her family more than anything. Please know how much Ioved her and will miss her.
