Scott Lloyd Obituary
Scott was born on January 8, 1992, as the second son to Debbie and Ted Lloyd. He was a sophomore at Canton Academy. Scott was very athletic, enjoying playing football and baseball at Canton Academy and briefly at Jackson Academy. His coaches admired his persistence and his unlimited potential which was about to blossom. Scott enjoyed hunting, fishing, and playing video games, as well as spending time with his many friends. Scott's quiet personality was his secret weapon and drew people to him. Scott was a member of Madison United Methodist Church, where he was an active participant in the Youth Program.
Scott leaves behind his parents, Debbie Keller of Gluckstadt and Mr. and Mrs. William T. Lloyd, Sr. (Andrea) of Ridgeland; brother, William T. (Ted, Jr.) Lloyd and stepsister, Ashley Williams; grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Buddy Brown (Cecelle Teasley), of Johns, Mr. and Mrs. W. T. Keller of Starkville, and Mr. and Mrs. William B. (Cosmo) Lloyd, Jr., of Jackson; aunts and uncles of Scott include: Ms. Nancy Bridges of Hattiesburg; Mr.and Mrs. Ben Lloyd (Sara), Mr. and Mrs. Bob Lloyd (Beth), Ms. Lisa Lloyd, and Ms. Ginny Lloyd, all of Jackson; Mr. and Mrs. Brett Keller ofHiawassee, Ga.; Mr. and Mrs. Jimmy Morgan, of Starkville; and Mr. and Mrs. Dennis Hickman of Sherman, Texas. Scott also leaves many special cousins.

Dear Debbie-
I don't know if you remember me, but my mom (Sandra), brother (Pat), and I lived next door to you, Cecille and Nancy at Lochwood Apts. You were always so sweet and kind to us. My heart broke when I heard of your tragic loss. It immediately took me back to when we were teenagers. Debbie, Ted and My precious Ted, My heart breaks for ya'll. Those all too short years that Chad, Les and I had to enjoy your family were ones that bring joy when thinking back to ballgames at Canton Academy. I can't imagine the pain that afternoon. I remember what a great family structure you share on both sides of your family and I know the love and shoulders will be their for all three of you. Please know no matter how small the task we would love to help you in anyway. I find great comfort in knowing that Scott and Mitch and their friend all went to heaven feeling the warmth and comfort of all the love showered on them in their short life here on earth. I belive they are in the arms of all the loved ones gone on before them and are waiting to be held by all of you in time. Ted, My heart aches for you and your family. I just found out yesterday. I remember Scott as a young boy and I know he was wonderful then and now more special as he grew older. Debbie, I was so stunned when Milo called me to tell me about Scott. I shudder to think how a parent can deal with such a tragic and horrifying loss. Please never forget that God always knows to never put on us more than is humanely possible for us us to bear. I know you and I believe that your strength will get you through this.
