Trer Ott

Richmond, VA

Trer Ott, 51, of Richmond, Virginia died June 21, at home. Born April 10, 1962 in New Orleans, he was the son of Emile Cutrer Ott, Sr. and Jewell Vegas Ott. His grandparents were the late John J. Ott and Kathryn Percy Ott of Osyka, Mississippi and Paul L. Vegas and Olga Pitre Vegas of Nine Mile Point, Louisiana. He attended St. Andrews Episcopal Day School and was graduated from Jackson Preparatory School in 1981. He attended Mississippi State and was a graduate of Belhaven College.

He is survived by his parents, his brother Paul Ott (Julia) of Ridgeland, Mississippi, his sister Missy Green (Marty) of Dallas, Texas, his niece Kathryn Casey and nephews Henry Casey, Vegas Ott and Charlie Ott.

There will be a memorial service for the family at a later date. The family requests that memorials be made to the Jackson Prep Patriot Club or the charity of your choice.

Trer touched so many hearts of friends living all over the world...he will truly be missed. I'm sure he's giving someone an earful in heaven...I miss my friend.
