Love this man. What a sweet, kind, and gentle man. I will never forget sitting on the porch with him watching the squirrels jump from tree to tree, he said "wouldn't it be funny if one missed?" all the sudden one missed and we fell out laughing. He will be missed by all.

Sincere condolences to Rusty and family. Mr Charlie worked with my dad at the Air Force base and they were also our neighbors on Charleston drive great man always happy. He will surely be missed.
