Deborah Johansen Obituary

Deborah Jo Johansen, of Clarksville, TN, passed away on August 19, 2025, at the age of 69. Deborah was born on August 13, 1956, in Sayreville, NJ, to Edwin A. Johansen and Sara Hite Johansen. Deborah is preceded in death by her father, Edwin A. Johansen. Deborah is survived by her mother, Sara Johansen; brother, Edwin Johansen; sister, Donna Johansen; niece, Chelsie (Bryce); nephew, Michael (Abby); and grandniece, Luci. Deborah was an elementary school teacher at Jackson Elementary until her retirement. A memorial service will be Thursday, August 28, 2025 at 4:00 PM Salem Community Church. visitation will be on Thursday, August 28, 2025 from 2:00 PM until the hour of service at the church. In lieu of flowers, please consider a memorial donation to the church FUEL program.

Sara,Edwin,Donna and Family so sorry for the loss of Deborah in your sight. She will always be a part of your life and those of people she influenced. I remember her visiting her mother at work as a teenager.
