Phyllis Luther Obituary
Phyllis Humprey Luther, age 80, of Clarksville, TN passed away on Wednesday, June 18, 2025.
A Memorial Service will be held at 12 pm on Saturday, June 21, 2025 at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home with Dr. Roger Freeman and Rev. Pat VanDyke.
The family will receive friends on Saturday from 11 am until the hour of service at the funeral home.
She entered this life on July 25, 1944, in Sebree, KY to the late J. Wiley Humphrey and Lucille Noffsinger Humphrey. Phyllis was a member of First Baptist Church, where she enjoyed fellowship and worshipping. She attended both Belmont University and Baptist Hospital Nursing Program. Her greatest accomplishment however was her three sons and two grandchildren. She loved her family dearly and will always be remembered as a dedicated wife, mother, and grandmother.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her son, Michael Luther, and brother, Joseph Wiley.
Survivors include her loving husband, Dave Luther; sons, Jason Luther and Kyle Luther (Mary); grandchildren, Kathryn and Kaden Luther; sister in law, Charlotte Humphrey.
Arrangements are in the care of McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home, 1209 Madison St, Clarksville, TN.
