Shanda Olds Obituary
Born on January 5, 1977, in Texas, to Sande Clark Olds, Shanda spent her early childhood in her home state before her family relocated to Clarksville, Tennessee, where she began elementary school. She lived in Tennessee for many years before returning to Texas in 2011 to reconnect with her roots.
Shanda had a natural gift for selfless caring for others and thrived in customer service roles throughout her career. She was known for her patience and her love of learning. She loved to swim and was an avid reader and movie enthusiast. Shanda also had a talent for technology and enjoyed working with computer programs.
The most cherished part of Shanda's life was her daughter, Ms. Ariana N. Olds of Iowa. She also shared a special bond with her two beloved dogs, Chloe and Peanut. Shanda will be deeply missed by her mother, Ms. Sande Clark (Olds) of New Caney, Texas, and her aunts, uncles, and several cousins throughout the North Houston area. Shanda's grandparents James E. and Annice Clark, and Mr. & Mrs. Thurman Dewey Olds Sr. have preceded her to Heaven and we are sure a warm welcome instore.
Instead of a formal gathering or service, the family encourages everyone to take a moment to hug their loved ones and cherish the time they have together, as the next moment is never promised.
May Shanda's memory bring comfort to those who knew and loved her.

My life's goals changed when I first held you and looked into your beautiful blue eyes. Through the years our relationship evolved into more recently best friends. You are in my atmosphere, every thought, and my existence with a renewed goal to take care of your precious pets and be there for Ariana until we meet again. I love you my daughter my best friend.
