Sonja Izzabelle Clark, a beloved daughter, sister, and friend, was born on July 29, 2008, in Fort Campbell, and left this world far too soon on April 4, 2025, in Clarksville. The joyous spirit of Sonja captivated everyone she encountered; her vibrant personality resonated through her love for family, animals, dancing, and embracing life's many silly moments.
As a 10th grade student at West Creek High School, Sonja was not only dedicated to her education but also was a talented athlete, actively participating in school-sponsored wrestling. She was also a soccer fan and had a passion for the sport. Her commitment to school spirit was second only to the unique friendships she offered many of her fellow classmates. Sonja was an embodiment of love and care, often stepping into the role of big sister and cousin with an open heart and a protective instinct. She cherished every moment spent with family. Survivors include her parents, Isela Romero and Daniel Clark, her siblings, Marina Clark, Colton Clark, and Cade Clark, and her two grandmothers, Marina Romero and Arlene Clark. Sonja was surrounded by a supportive network of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends, all of whom were touched by her kindness and genuine spirit.
Her family will receive friends from 4:00 to 8:00 PM on Friday, April 11, 2025, at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home, located at 1209 Madison St, Clarksville, TN 37040. This gathering will provide family and friends the opportunity to celebrate the beautiful life she lived and the love she so generously shared. All friends and family that would like to attend the graveside service are encouraged to gather at Sango Cemetery at 3:30 PM on Saturday, April 12th.
In this time of mourning, let us remember Sonja Izzabelle Clark as a radiant young lady, whose beauty shone both inside and out, and whose memory will be cherished forever by her family and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Condolences may be made to her family on her tribute page at NaveFuneralHomes.com.

My condolences. May god give you strength, tranquility, and comfort during this difficult time. I never knew Sonja personally, but her outfits at school always made me look at her twice.
