JERRY WAYNE LITTLE

JERRY WAYNE LITTLE Jerry Wayne Little, 81, of McDougal/Pollard area, passed away Friday, December 8, 2023 at St. Bernard's Hospital. Mr. Little was born September 28, 1942 in Campbell, MO. He loved gardening, canning, fishing, beekeeping, working in the orchard, spending time with family. He was an avid hunter and trapper. Mr. Little was a retired farmer and a member of the Clay County Drainage Board. He was a member of True Light Missionary Baptist Church in McDougal, AR. He married the love of his life, Pauline Little on October 5, 1961. They celebrated 62 years of marriage; she survives. Other survivors include daughters, Natalie Hollowell of Corning, AR., Valerie Wellman of Piggott, AR., grandchildren; Carl (Riki) Hollowell, Katie Marie (David) Hampton, Jacob (Bethany) Wellman, nine great-grandchildren, sisters; Linda Nossett of Corning, AR., Betty Jane Craft of Qulin, MO. Preceding him in death were his parents, William Dillon Little and Jesse Lena Hubble Little of McDougal, AR., brothers; Lonnie Little, Marshall Little, Jackie Little all of McDougal, William "Bill" Little of Florida, Jim Little of the Corning/McDougal area, Owen Little of Corning, Joe Little of Corning, sisters; Mary Elizabeth Huskey of Jacksonville, N.C., Birdie Mae Swindle of Doniphan, MO., Imogene Burns of Mammoth Spring, Alice Matthew of Florida, and a great-grandson Kade Hampton. Visitation was held Wednesday, December 13, 2023 at 12:00 PM in the Ermert Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral service followed at 2:00 PM with Bro. Jason Self officiating. Burial followed the services in Post Oak Cemetery.
