LOLITA MAE WRIGHT Lolita Mae Wright, 83, of Jonesboro, AR., formerly of Corning, AR., passed away Saturday, January 6, 2024 at her daughter's home. Ms. Wright was born September 19, 1940 in Maynard, AR. She was a member of the Success, AR., Church of Christ. She loved reading, listening and studying the Holy Bible daily. When she moved to Jonesboro, she always watched the Sunday services online. She loved working on puzzles, crocheting, sewing and making greeting cards. Ms. Wright was a retired Deputy Tax Collector for the Clay County Court House in Corning, AR. She is survived by her three daughters: Melinda (Don) Young, Naylor, MO.; Judy (Mike) Grimes, Jonesboro, AR.; Mary Wright, Corning, AR.; She is also survived by her grandchildren: Magen (Cody) Cali, and John Luke McGrew; Jeff (Charissa), Zoey, Easton, and Chase Young; Tyler, Zoe, Zayla, and Ava Mae Greve; Madison Finley and Katie Finley; Kyle and Kadian Grimes. She is also survived by several beloved nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Palmer and Lola (Kimble) Tyler; six brothers: Harold (Janie) Tyler, Millington, TN.; Wayne (Joyce) Tyler, Pocahontas, AR.; Howard (Velma) Tyler, Cahokia, IL.; Thomas Tyler (infant), Maynard, AR.; Charles Tyler (POW/MIA Korean War), Reyno, AR.; Dan (Shirley) Tyler, Walls MS.; three sisters Rita (Bill) Wright, Corning, AR.; Helen (Rayburn) Samons, Success, AR.; and Lequita (Jerry) Wilkins, Conway, AR. Visitation will be held Sunday, January 14, 2024 at 1:00 PM in the Ermert Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral service will follow at 2:00 PM with Kippy Woods and Cody McGrew officiating.
