I worked with Polly and her sister 35 years ago and have never forgotten either of them. Polly was such a thoughtful and generous person who made everyone feel good. I remember her story about scattering her client´s ashes on the mountainside. I also remember Polly loaning her horse for use in John Denver´s `The Christmas Gift´ movie. RIP Polly.

Polly was always extremely nice to me and my family after we moved to Georgetown in '75. She even let me ride her horse, Prince on many occasions. She was a sweet and strong lady. She will be missed.

I grew up around Polly Werlin. What a gift it was to see her with her horses. The gift of craft works after school, I learned how to be creative and have never forgot how much she helped me in my grade school years. In so many ways. I am blessed to have you in my childhood. Thank you!!!

I will always remember the Christmas I spent in Georgetown with my husband Mike Clark and helping Polly get things ready for the holidays. She was such a warm person and so easy to get to know. I loved hearing her stories about her life and time in Georgetown. We are sorry for the family's loss and Georgetown's loss too.
