Sister Laura was such a kind, loving , soft spoken person.. I loved working with her and Sister Kathleen at St. Stanislaus Pre-School in Meriden , Ct before they moved to Ohio... She was always a pleasure to sit down and talk to.. The three of us would share our thoughts and concerns and the fun times... Her pre-school children loved her.. She lived a wonderful , long life and will be missed..

Sister Laura and Sister Kathleen were good friends of my Aunt Sister Magdalene who was at St. Stan's in Meriden. We saw them often, especially when my aunt died at age 64 of cancer. Sister Laura and Sister Kathleen became good friends of ours and my husband and I loved to take them out to dinner. We never ran out of conversations or laughs. Sister Laura was the "quiet" one, but kind and caring. I missed them when they moved to Ohio. I'm sure she is happily with Our Lord after such a long, faithful service to him .

I echo the message from my sister! Sister Laura and Sister Kathleen were great neighbors and I have fond memories of them. From helping them rake leaves to watching CHIPS on TV with them. We were very sad to lose them as neighbors but am happy to hear she lived a long life. She will always remain one of "my nuns."

Sister Laura and Sister Kathleen lived next door to us for many years in Wallingford, CT when they were at St. Peter & Paul Church. They were our catechism teachers when we were kids as well as our good neighbors. Hard to skip out of class when Sisters walked right by our house to get to the church 3 doors down! LOL! Even though they had to move on from there, they still came to my wedding 20 years ago. Sister Laura will always have a special place in my heart.
