Mary Tyler Obituary
Mary was dedicated to helping others through her work, first as a teacher and guidance counselor, and then as a financial advisor. She was known for her compassion, strong independence, and love of dogs, particularly her Boston Terriers. Her departure comes as a shock, and she will be deeply missed by many.
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate contributions in memory of Mary to the Cleveland Animal Protective League, 1729 Willey Ave., Cleveland, Ohio 44113.
Funeral Service Wednesday, October 22, 2025 at 11 a.m. at the SCHULTE and MAHON-MURPHY FUNERAL HOME, 5252 MAYFIELD RD., LYNDHURST; BETWEEN RICHMOND AND BRAINARD. Interment Lake View Cemetery. Please sign the funeral home Tribute Wall at:

I am so sorry and surprised to learn of Mary´s passing. I was Mary´s hairstylist and it was my pleasure to do her hair for many years. I´m sending my sincere condolences and prayers to you Ashley and the rest of her family.

To the Beloved Family of Ms. Mary Tyler,
We share in the loss of such a great neighbor!! Ms. Mary always made time for conversation and referrals for home maintenance repairs/upkeep!! She always kept a manicured lawn and beautiful bushes/trees that surrounded her home.
Her love for dogs became infectious. She would frequently be seen walking her dog around the cuddle sack of the Royalwood Estates!
She will be greatly missed.
