Services will be held Sunday, May 7 at 10 AM at the BERKOWITZ-KUMIN-BOOKATZ MEMORIAL CHAPEL 1985 S. Taylor Rd. Cleveland Heights, OH. 44118. Family will receive friends SUNDAY FOLLOWING SERVICES AND INTERMENT AT BEECHMONT COUNTRY CLUB 29600 CHAGRIN BLVD. ORANGE, OH. UNTIL 5 PM. MONDAY AND TUESDAY, THE FAMILY WILL RECEIVE AT R.H. MYERS APARTMENTS 27200 CEDAR RD. BEACHWOOD 2PM-4PM & 7PM-9PM. Friends who wish may contribute to the Children's Tumor Foundation or the Lupus Foundation of America.
