Heard that Mr.-Coach Cilimburg had past. We have lost a tremendous person. He was a great teacher and coach. During the two years that had him as a coach in track and field we never lost a meet and won that prized Southwestern Conference championship both years. He always wanted the best for his students and athletes. God bless you Mr.-Coach Ciliimburg.

I had the good fortune of having Mr. Cilimburg as a teacher in both elementary school and junior high school, as well as a coach at RRHS.
He was soft spoken, had a warm, friendly smile and always seemed to have the right words of encouragement for the occasion. I learned much from his instruction and even more from his example.
My sympathy for his family. May he rest in peace.

He was a gentleman and caring teacher. I remember he preached that the push up was a very important exercise for us to get better at. He measured our performance and I started at 3 by the end of the year I was at 50. Still do 50 every morning ... When I did 50 he scratched is head and said "Conzaman , is that you ?" and gave me a smile.

Cil, was my physical education teacher at Kensington.
It was his first year teaching and everyone loved him!
When I stated teaching in River, Cil became a co-worker snd enjoyed many years together...
After his retirement I joined the Wednesday afternoon group at Mitchell´s for lively conversation and a few "adult" beverages!
He will be missed!
My thoughts are with the family!
