Betty Faircloth Obituary

AUTRYVILLE — Betty Pearl Faircloth, 56 of Autryville, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Wednesday, Aug. 13, 2025 at UNC Hospitals Hillsborough Campus.

A funeral service will be held at 3 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 19, at Autryville Baptist Church with the Reverend Greg Smith officiating. The burial will follow at Sandy Horne Cemetery in Autryville.

The family will receive friends from 2-2:50 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 19, at the church prior to the service.

Ms. Faircloth was a native of Sampson County, the daughter of Lattie B. and Flora Pearl (Faircloth) Faircloth. She was preceded in death by her parents; and her brother, Ronald Glenn Faircloth.

Betty worked at Sampson Regional Medical Center for several years. Then she worked as a Home Health and Mental Health caregiver at Candie Homes.

She leaves to cherish her memory her aunt, Mary Hall of Autryville; her niece, Lindsey House of Clinton; numerous cousins; her fur babies, Harley and Lucky; and two loving caregivers, Christine Gainey and Lisa Waters.

Services entrusted to Butler Funeral Home, 401 W Roseboro Street, Roseboro, NC 28382.
