AUTRYVILLE — Christopher Paul Edwards, 41, of Autryville, went to be with his Lord and Savior on Friday, Sept. 12, 2025.
A funeral service will be held at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 16, 2025 at Clinton Community Church in Clinton with Reverend Mark Fields officiating. The burial will follow at Clinton Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 2-3:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 16, 2025 at Clinton Community Church prior to the service.
Paul was a native of Sampson County, the son of Mark Edwards, Vickie Edwards, and Elaine Best. He was preceded in death by four grandparents; and his cousin, Justin Crumpler.
Paul was a veteran of the United States Army and a former employee of the Sampson County Sheriff's Department and also an electrician.
He leaves to cherish his memory his daughter, Mirabella Claire Edwards; his son, Denning Wells Edwards; his parents, Mark Edwards, Vickie Edwards and Elaine Best; brother, Lee Edwards (Ashley); sisters, Bridget Bradshaw (Steve) , Marsha Devon and Anna Sharpe; stepsisters, Alisha Jackson, Nicole Strickland and Holly Betts; and his grandmother, Judy Beasley. He also had many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and many other family members.
In lieu of flowers memorial may be made to the Disabled American Veterans, 860 Dolwick Drive, Erlandger, KY 41018.
