CLINTON — Loretta Barbara Price passed away on Tuesday, Oct. 26, 2021 at her home.
Born, in 1946, in Halifax County, NC to the late James M and Fannie Magoon Perry. Loretta worked as a teacher assistant at Sampson Community College. In her free time Loretta loved to watch movies, I Love Lucy, cook, gardening and to sew. She was a remarkable wife, mother and especially grandmother and will truly be missed by all.
Loretta is preceded in death by her husband Carl "Jack" Jackson Price; siblings, Bessie Westbrook and Bobbie Jean Perry.
Funeral Services will be held at 12 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 30, at Serenity Baptist Church, with Rev. Jimmy Flowers officiating, burial will follow in the church cemetery.
Visitation will be held one hour prior to the services from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 30, at the church.
Loretta leaves to cherish her memories Daughters, Sherry Lewis of Clinton, Linda Skipper and fiancé Gregory WIlliams of Clinton, Jackie Price Vlasz and husband Brock Vlasz of Clinton; Siblings, Christine Stallings of High Point and Peggy Edwards of Clinton; grandchildren, Ashley Skipper Westbrook and husband of Stedman, Matthew Lewis of Clinton and Laura Skipper Pruyn and husband Joshua Pruyn of Clinton; great-grandchildren, Talen Skipper, Morgan Lewis, Jana Pruyn and Alaina Westbrook.
