Carroll Jones Obituary
CARLSBAD, Calif. - Carroll Justice Jones Sr., born 10/10/1920, in Columbus, and died 6/24/2012, in Carlsbad, Calif.
He married Lois Alma Johnson 1/24/1942 (deceased 3/20/2011). He served 23 years in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, serving in WWII and Korea, earning the Purple Heart among many honors.
Children are Carroll J. Jones Jr., of Modesto, Calif., Janice Alma Edgeman (deceased), Stanley W. Jones, of Hazen, Ariz., and Carrie M. Smith, of Florence, Ore. There are 10 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
Services and Internment are 7/23/2012.
