CLARKSON - Delmar Voss, 66, of Clarkson, died Thursday, Jan. 9, 2003, at Columbus Community Hospital.
Services will be 10:30 a.m. Monday at the New Zion Presbyterian Church in Clarkson with the Rev. Dr. Earl F. Underwood Jr. officiating. Burial is in the Clarkson National Cemetery, Clarkson.
Visitation will be 3-7 p.m. today at the Miller Funeral Home in Clarkson, and will resume Monday from 9:30 a.m. until the time of the service at the church.
Mr. Voss was born July 30, 1936, in Madison, a son of Lyle and Emma (Hegr) Voss. He attended rural schools in Madison, Stanton and Colfax counties.
A retired farmer, he moved to Clarkson in 1985 from the family farm. He liked to do yard work, play cards, read, and do errands for friends and neighbors.
He was a member of the church.
Survivors include two sisters: LaVonne (Leonard) Lapour and Delaine Lapour, all of Clarkson.
Preceding him in death were his parents; and a brother-in-law, Lloyd Lapour.
Donations can be made to the church or the Colonial Manor Avian Fund.
