Patricia Joy Ayers
Patricia Joy Ayers, née Redinbaugh, known affectionately as Pat, passed away on July 20, 2024, in David City, NE, at the age of 92.
Memorials can be directed towards the Benedictine Mission House.
Mass of Christian Burial is Thursday, July 25, at 10:30 at St. Augustine Catholic Church in Schuyler. Visitation is Wednesday from 5-7 p.m. at Svoboda Moravec Johnson Mortuary in Schuyler. Visitation resumes Thursday from 9:30 until 10 a.m. at the church with a parish rosary at 10 a.m. Interment will be at Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery with lunch following at the St. Augustine's Social Hall. Svoboda Moravec Johnson Mortuary in Schuyler, is assisting the family with arrangements.
Family was the cornerstone of Pat's life. She is survived by her siblings Keith Redinbaugh (Harlene) and Lynn Redinbaugh; sister-in-law Donna Redinbaugh; children Mary (Allan) Steinberger , Nancy Lammers, and Niles (Star) Ayers; grandchildren Sara Ockander, Katie (Bob Coufal) Kadavy, Susannah (John) Dunn, Melinda (Nick) Bilava, Abigail (Matthew) Warren, Summer (Doug) Lancaster, Travis (Lori) Ayers, Makenzie (Jared) Wilfahrt, Molly (Donny) McVay, and Aaron McVay; 19 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild, and many nieces and nephews.
