ULYSSES - Robert D. Kloke, 75 of Ulysses, died Monday, March 28, 2005, at David Place in David City.
Services are 10 a.m. Thursday at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Ulysses, with the Rev. Val Bartek officiating. Burial is 3 p.m. Thursday at Hillcrest Memorial Park Cemetery in Norfolk. Visitation is from 1-7 p.m. Wednesday, with a 7 p.m. wake, at Roberts-Chermok Funeral Home in David City and 9-10 a.m. Thursday at the church.
Mr. Kloke was born April 16, 1929, in Plainview, to Robert H. and Adelaide (Hoffman) Kloke.
He married Agnes Vyhlidal April 24, 1950, in Pierce. He lived in Norfolk and resided in Ulysses since 1966. He was a plant supervisor at Henningsen Foods in David City and retired from Hughes Brothers in Seward.
He was a member of the church. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, and playing the accordion, piano and organ.
Survivors include his wife of Ulysses; two sons, Roger (Margaret) Kloke of David City and Ken (Ruth) Kloke of Seward; two daughters, Pat (Randy) Sanley of Seward and Jan (Tim) Grossnicklaus of Shelby; five grandchildren, three stepgrandchildren, one great-grandchild and six stepgreat-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
