MESA, ARIZ. - Roger Dean Watts, 74, passed away on Sat. Feb. 26, 2011, in Mesa, Ariz. He was born in Osceola, on Jan. 22, 1937.
Roger's entrepreneurial spirit combined with his love for good food and friends allowed him to enjoy many rewarding years operating the Husker House in Columbus, a business that aligned perfectly with his passions and expertise.
He leaves behind two sons, Kevin, of Omaha, and Jason, of Mesa, Ariz.; three grandchildren, Alexandrea, Nicholas, and Noah; and his special friend, Rita Murphy.
Thanks for teaching us to work hard, to hold the door open for the next person and courage when facing uncontrollable circumstances. We are extremely proud of you and will miss you terribly. Services will be private. Local arrangements were entrusted to Mariposa Gardens Funeral Care, Mesa, Ariz. (480) 830-4422.
