Teresa Otte Obituary
Teresa M. Otte was born February 12, 1961, in Osceola, Neb., to Reinhold and Leona (Prigge) Otte. She graduated from Rising City High School in 1979. Following graduation, she attended the University of Nebraska Lincoln, and later received a master's degree in 1993. Teresa was a lifelong Butler county resident, where she farmed for many years.
In her younger years, Teresa enjoyed playing softball. She has served on the Upper Big Blue NRD Board, COOP Board and FSA committee. She was an avid fan and supporter of Nebraska Women's Basketball.
Teresa is survived by her sister, Bonnie (Roger) Topil of Rising City; two nieces, Kimberly (Andrew) Lewis; and their son, Camdyn of Hallam, Kristy Topil of Lincoln; and her beloved dog, Penny.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and brother, Timothy Otte.
Memorials to Our Redeemer Lutheran School in Staplehurst or Nebraska Evangelical Lutheran School in Waco.
