OMAHA - Tom Sterba, 60, of Omaha, died Tuesday, April 11, 2017.
Sterba was the owner of Tom Sterba Photography.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Fred and Geraldine Sterba; and father-in-law, John J. Pekarek.
He is survived by his wife, Marsha (Pekarek) Sterba; son, Jason (Angie) Sterba; daughters, Stefani (John Paul) Coleman and Kristin Sterba; five grandchildren, Jayden, Creighton "CJ", Devin, Adalyn and Cameron; sister, Lori (Steve) Zielinski; mother-in-law, Mable Pekarek; brother-in-law, Jeff (Ethel) Pekarek; and sisters-in-law, Laurie (Tom) Lange and Sandy (Jay) Olson.
A funeral Mass will be held 9:30 a.m. Monday, April 17, at St. Thomas More Catholic Church. Visitation will be 4-6 p.m. Sunday at the church, with a 6 p.m. vigil service at the church. Interment will be in Resurrection Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family for a charity of their choice.
