To All

It is with tremendous sadness that we never had to chance to meet such a Beautiful little boy, Jordan. This tragic event is beyond comprehension. We pray for God’s healing and comfort for the entire family. It is without question that the moment he arrived in heaven Nana Kitty was awaiting. Many of our close friends are also praying for God’s Grace and Mercy.

Dear Family:

My heart was crushed when I read about baby Jordan. I did not know him, but I am sure that I know the Gunter family. It is always a tragedy when something like this happens, especially to helpless innocent children. We cannot answer the WHY of if but we can become an advocate for children to make sure that it does not continue to happen. As a community we all loved baby Jordan as if he was one of our own, because he was. I will never forget the picuture of him in the paper because it is now forever ingrained in my heart. I send my love to him and the family. May God continue to see you through your trials and tribulations.

"Then children were brought to him that he might lay his hand on them and pray. The disciples rebuked them, but Jesus said, "Let the children come to me, and do not prevent them; for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these." Matthew 19:13

Jordan's family,

My son, Dane, knew Jordan and his mother. He is very distraught by what has happened. I want you to know that even though I haven't had the pleasure of meeting you, my heart goes out to you all. Dane carries a picture of Jordan in his cell phone and it is very hard not to love a face like that. My prayers go out to you for your loss. Let God help you through this and not let bitterness take over. Only God knows why!

God Bless you and your family.

I am so very sorry. My heart is broken for you. I know that an angel is back at home in heaven.

My prayer is that love wraps you, that Jesus carries you, and that we live our lives the best we can so that we can see Jordan again in Heaven. I pray that Jordan saves you a seat.

I pray that you find comfort in the moments that you brought Jordan laughter and joy. The moments that he felt your love and gave you love in return.

Roy, Dee, Amber and Casie...I know how deep the hurt is and my heart cries for the pain you're all suffering. My hope is that the Lord has placed little Jordan in my Pam's care. She loved little ones so much and would take great care of him until the rest of us can join them. You need to put your trust in Jesus because He's the only one that can get you through this. Our love to all of you.

I want you to know I know the pain that is in your heart. My daughter died at the hands of another person. You can search your entire life and never know the "reason". Allow yourself to greave and then in time, your time, release it. Your beautiful little boy is with Jesus who loves all of us. I will hold you in my heart and prayers as one mother to another. God be with you.

I knew Jordan for only a short while...but I knew his mother and father well. I can't imagine experiencing a loss this great. He was so young and had done no one any harm. Cassie and I joked one day that my Jordyn and her Jordan would date and marry or something crazy like that later in life. I wish I could change what happened. Much love.
