passed away on March 22, 2017. He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert Earl and Eula Gladys Ragland, and by his aunt and uncle, Lloyd and Frances Jones. Mr. Ragland is survived by his wife, Trudi; his daughter, Cindy Garrard (Marty); grandchildren, Morgan, Carson, and Cayleigh Garrard, and his stepson, John J. Rogers. The family will receive friends on Saturday, March 25 from 9:00 a.m. until the time of the memorial service at 10:00 a.m. at Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens, 3700 N Germantown Road, Bartlett, Tennessee.
