Bruce Bouldry

Concord, NH - Bruce Hamilton Bouldry -- August 14 1961 - January 17, 2025

Bruce Bouldry passed peacefully at Concord Hospital surrounded by his loving family after a brief period of illness. Bruce was born and raised in Brockton, Massachusetts then moved to New Hampshire where he spent the last 40 years of his life.

Bruce enjoyed spending time with his children and grandchildren. He loved fishing, and looked forward to the beginning of yard sale season every year. He spent nearly every summer weekend at the Davisville Flea Market and the indoor flea market at the Kearsarge Business Center in Warner.

Bruce was always up for a good game of cribbage, and enjoyed all of the oldies comedies on late night TV. He did enthusiastic impersonations of all the famous actors and cartoon characters, to the delight of his grandchildren.

Bruce found spiritual calm in the great outdoors and appreciated all of nature's little miracles, always stopping to watch a passing deer, wild turkey, or any of the many beautiful species of birds that visited the feeders in the backyard. He also took the family out to spot moose on warm summer nights, driving the back roads of northern New Hampshire at a snail's pace with a small spotlight.

Bruce is survived by his wife of 38 years, Jamie, and his children Brooke (37), Blaire (31) and Blake (27). He leaves his grandchildren Cybin (8) and Vedder (6), his sister Pamela Outhouse, and his nieces and nephews Jenny, Jack, Sophie, Oliver, Heidi, Shannon, Brian, Melanie, Jeffrey, Tanya, Melissa, and Samantha.

Bruce will be remembered by all who knew him for his corny Dad jokes, his old rock and roll albums, his wheeling and dealing at the flea market, and his years of work in retail, where he became known to many as the "Benjamin Moore paint guy" at W. Carpenter Paint and Flooring in Concord.

Bruce's special relationship with his Higher Power and the support of his brothers and sisters in the AA Fellowship blessed him with over 32 years of sobriety.

A celebration of life will be held in Bruce's honor on Friday, May 30th from 6:30-9:00 pm at the West Street Ward House, located at 41 West Street in Concord, New Hampshire. Please join us to share a memory or a prayer.
