A wonderful man with a long lasting legacy. Now I know where his son, Jon, gets such wonderful qualities.

I've had numerous interactions with Don Blanchard and have always held him high regard. May he rest in peace.

Don was my adviser when I was a freshman at New England College. A humble, honest guy. I think I remember haying with him somewhere around Henniker and him teaching me about the hay saw. Until now I didn't know of all his other accomplishments: Air Force, Masters from prestigious University of California, Berkeley. I recently thought of him and others at NEC, I'm disappointed that I didn't reconnect with him, I think he would have been happy to hear how my life unfolded with a gentle shove from him more than 60 years ago. Condolences to Don's family and community, he will be missed.
