Thank you, Doris, for sharing your enthusiasm, patience, and interest with us at HHS! It takes a lot of love and courage to earn the title, "Super-Sub", and to continue wearing it so well. Your delight and joy in life is so apparent in your pictures. I am thankful to your family for sharing them.

It is hard to forget Doris White Milne while in her teaching years of 1947-52 as she was our teacher and my basketball coach. I was a cut-up and always being sent to the pricipal's office but one day she "got to me" with her advice that people were laughing"at" me, not "with" me and there was a difference. I never forgot it and eventually settled down. We have kept in touch through the years and will be in our thoughts along with Bill Milne our later pricipal. Our best...Mary-Jane and Bill Sterling
