You were such a huge part of our lives while growing up in the Parish of St. John the Baptist in Manchester. Thank you for your guidance from the pulpit, your presence at family gatherings, and your friendship when I reached adulthood and we met at St Kathryn´s or St John the Evangelist from time to time. I am sad to know of your passing so long after the fact. May the choirs of angels come to greet you...

Condolences to the Desjardins family. He loved music and worked so well with my father, E. Roy for many years at Sacred Heart and St George parishes. He also loved my mom’s pork pie! May Fr George rest in peace and be surrounded by beautiful music in eternity.

Rest in peace my old friend! From my few years at St George parish till it’s closing, Fr George continued to be a good friend to me these past several years. I felt honored to be invited to his home occasionally for dinners and wine tasting. He was such a joyful soul. Will miss our phone calls during which he always had me laughing. May his memory be eternal. May he rest in a place of light, happiness and peace.
