She was an amazing woman and I will miss her smile and laughter. I was saddened by the news of her passing but I know she is in heaven with the angles and the white doves are watching over her. You will be in my prayers forever and she will be missed.

I was driving home, and just a random thought of you floated by. It made me look at your FB when I got home. Maybe it’s was the universe wanting me to know you are ok. Jess, thank you for the fun memories at St Joes, and crazy adventures, thanks for being my friend. It was nice to run into you here and there over the last several yrs.
I believe we all have a path, your path may have ended sooner than others, however a new one has begun. You left a piece of your soul with each of us, so to me you’re not really gone. It’s just time to start a new journey on new path sharing your amazing soul with so many more.
You are loved!

During her brief time with us Jess accomplished more than most people could accomplish in two life times. Jess was a true leader in so many areas, whether it be in the fire service, EMS, as a mentor and as a friend. Her loss will have a profound effect on far more people than could be imagined. Our sincere condolences to Chris and her family. May she rest in peace.
