Natalie (Waterman) Bly, 96, passed away on Wednesday, December 30, 2020 at her residence in Pembroke, NH with her daughter by her side.

She was born in Arlington, MA on January 8th, 1924, the daughter of Marion Louise (Chubbuck) Waterman and George Huse Waterman, Jr. She grew up in Newton Center, MA and spent her summers in Jackson, NH.

Natalie was a resident of New Hampshire for many years, working for the NH Federal Credit Union and she retired from the Merrimack Country Savings Bank.

She was passionate about the bible, especially the Psalms. She was an avid reader and enjoyed her crossword puzzles, loved flowers, the family pets, and if anyone needed an ear Natalie was always there to listen. She was very much loved and will be greatly missed.

Natalie is predeceased by her sons Jeffery Warren Bly (at birth) and Jonathan Matthew Bly.

She is survived by her daughter Judith Bly Davis of Pembroke, NH, her nephew George H.W. Christie and his wife Sherry of Camilus, NY. Her grandchildren Jenifer Bly Fancon, Jeffery Bly, Jared Bly, and Jordan Bly. Great Grandchildren Blythe VanBuskirk, Hannah VanBuskirk, Carsen VanBuskirk, Jacoby Bly, Eliana Bly, Henry Bly, and great great grandchild Ellis Bly.

Natalie also leaves behind her extended family Ann Foster Lord of Pembroke, NH, and her family, as well as her "forever" daughter-in-law Diane Baker of Hot Springs, AK.

A private service will be held at a later date at the convenience of the family.

It is so hard to say farewell to my favorite aunt. She was a true lady, a strong women, a keen observer of the world, and a beautiful, loving person. We had wonderful holidays for many years in Mont Vernon; spectacular times doing all sorts of activities in Jackson; and more recently our family dinners at many restaurants in Concord. We always managed to find happy times! I know she is at peace and will be waiting to see us again. Farewell Ardie. I love you.

My heart goes out to you in the loss of your Mom (our Mom). She was the sweetest, kindest and most loveable woman on earth. You had her by your side to share her wonderful love for almost 100 years. That's a very rare blessing. God has her soul but you have her spirit and love in your heart forever. I am very sorry to read Natalie's obituary. She worked for my dad, Richard Reed, for a number of years at NH Credit Union League. She was a wonderful soul and I truly enjoyed seeing her. After my dad died in 1982, we lost touch with Natalie, which I regret. Know that there are many people who were touched by Natalie's life , her kind personality, and her wonderful smile.
