Stephen Treadwell Obituary
Born to Sherwood and Nancy Macauley Treadwell on April 15, 1958, he graduated from Concord High School and attended the University of Vermont. His life in Vermont included sailing, kayaking, sugaring, a career in sales, paragliding, all with his beloved family and friends.
He leaves his wife, Susan Vigue Treadwell; son, Sam; daughters, Olivia and Sarah; mother, Nancy; sister, Judy (Mark); brothers, Tim (Denise), James (Brenda) and Matt (Susan); their families and other extended family and friends.
Visitation hours will be held Tuesday, Feb. 11, from 6 to 8 p.m. at LaVigne Funeral Home, 132 Main St., Winooski, Vt.
A funeral service will be held Wednesday, Feb. 12, at 2 p.m. at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, please make contributions to the Vermont Children's Trust.
Online condolences may be shared with the family at lavignefuneralhome.com. Arrangements are in the care of LaVigne Funeral Home.

Please know that Cindy and I are thinking of you during this time. I have many wonderful memories of playing with you and Steve on Lake Champlain. I think the first time I met you two it was on Plover when you wintered over down in the Shelburne shipyard.

I'm so sorry to hear about Steve. I'm in such disbelief and so sad. Steve was the most loving and fun person to be around.
