Todd Miller Obituary

Todd Alan Miller

Penacook, NH - Todd Alan Miller, 61, passed away peacefully at home on April 26th, 2025. He was the beloved son of Donald and Joyce Miller, and a devoted father, grandfather, brother, and friend.

Todd graduated from Merrimack Valley High School in 1982, where he was a talented multi-sport athlete, earning varsity spots in both basketball and soccer.

He met his former wife, Marla Miller, when he was 21, and together they built a family rooted in love and laughter. They raised two daughters, Rebecca and Rachel, who were the center of his world. Over the years, Todd took on many roles in his working life. He started as a cook at the Mckerley's Nursing Home, worked at Gold Star, built houses, and wrapped up his career at Lowe's in Concord. No matter the job, Todd showed up with dedication, a sense of humor, and a strong work ethic. He will be missed by many who knew him through his work.

A proud Bruins fan, Todd rarely missed a hockey game and had a lifelong love for WWE. He was happiest outdoors-fishing, doing yard work, taking walks, or simply enjoying a sunny day with a cold Bud Light. He also loved playing in the local dart and horseshoe leagues with friends. Family was everything to Todd. He cherished camping trips with his daughters, their Friday night father-daughter outings, and later, one of his proudest moments-walking Rachel down the aisle. Becoming a grandfather brought him immense joy. He loved watching Noah grow into an athlete and sharing sports tips, and he had a special bond with Grace, often reading to her and walking with her through nature.

Todd was a free spirit with a big heart. He was strong, kind, and unafraid to speak his mind-especially when it came to standing up for himself or others. He led with honesty and loved deeply.

He was predeceased by his parents, Joyce and Donald Miller, and his sister, Tammy Matthews.

He is survived by his daughters, Rebecca Tacy and her partner Brent Laclair. Rachel and Trever Russell. His grandchildren, Noah and Grace Tacy; his siblings, Terri Fournier and Tim Miller and his wife Elaine; and many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.

To honor Todd's Memory there will be a trust fund set up for his grandchildren Noah and Grace, if you would like to make a donation please reach out for details.

Todd and I shared a love of #4 Bobby Orr and the Boston Bruins. His daughter Rachel got him tickets to a Bobby Orr book signing one year and he got to meet Bobby Orr!!! Well a week or so later, I get this package in the mail and do you know he bought a 2nd book for me and had Bobby Orr sign my copy as well!! I couldn't speak, I burst into tears and was a happy sobbing mess when I called to thank him. He was almost embarassed that I was crying! That's just me and that's just the kind of guy Todd was. He was a sweet cousin growing up and I remember him always smiling, cracking wise and laughing. Toddie, you will be missed tremendously. I'm glad your mortal expiration date was at least after celebrating the Bruins first 100 Years! R.I.P. Toddie! I Love You! GO BRUINS!! Always, Kat }i{
