Virgil Toupin Obituary
Virgil was an avid hunter and athlete. He and his wife, Yvette, loved to travel, play golf, and dance.
Virgil is preceded in death by his father, Elzeor; mother, Rita; and brother, David.
Virgil is survived by his beloved wife of 60 years, Yvette Jacqueline (Trachy) Toupin; his five children, Lynne Kincaid, Michael Toupin and wife, Mary Jo, Scott Toupin and wife, Mamie, Diana Harrell and husband, Terry, and Mark Toupin and wife, Wendy; 13 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; siblings, Ronald Toupin and wife, Doris, Gary Toupin, and wife, Nancy, and Kathy Fender and husband, Randy; brother-in-law, Bob Valinoti; numerous other relatives; and a host of friends. He will be deeply missed, always loved, and forever remembered.
The family will receive friends Wednesday, February 8 from 6 to 8 p.m., at Cook-Walden/Forest Oaks Funeral Home with a Vigil Service at 7 p.m.
Mass of Celebration will be Thursday, February 9 at 10 a.m., at St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church, 4800 Convict Hill Road.
Committal Services with Full Military Honors will be Friday, February 10 at 1:45 p.m. at Fort Sam Houston in San Antonio.
