Jacqueline Kelley Obituary

Jacqueline "Jacky" Clark Kelley, 84, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, September 17, 2025 at home under hospice care, with her loving husband by her side.

Jacky was born on January 12, 1941, in Binghamton to the late Henry and Louise Rudneski Clark. She grew up in Blasberg, Pennsylvania, and was a long-time resident of Tampa, Florida, before moving to Savannah 15 years ago. She graduated with an Associate Degree in Nursing from Williamsport College and worked for many years as a nurse for the Veterans Administration in Tampa. A lifelong devout Catholic, she was a member of St. Frances Cabrini Catholic Church, where she volunteered with the Hospitality Group.

An avid animal lover, she cherished her late Devon Rex cats and had a passion for plants. Along with her husband, she restored five historic homes in downtown Savannah. Throughout her life, they traveled extensively, spending seven years in Saudi Arabia and nine years in Brunei.

In addition to her parents, Jacky was predeceased by her son, Larry Frost.

She is survived by her husband of 48 years, Colin Lee Kelley; three sons, James Dean Frost (Barb), Ronald Mahon Frost (Bell), and Dennis Shane Kelley (Maria); her stepsister, Sharon Eleston; and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends who will dearly miss her.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, September 22, 2025, at St. Frances Cabrini Catholic Church.
