Robert L. Bicknell

AKRON: Robert L. Bicknell, 65, of Akron, formerly of Coshocton passed away at his residence on Sunday August 17, 2014 after a brief illness.

Robert was born in Clinton, Indiana on July 22, 1949 to the late Frank and Ruby (Brewer) Bicknell. He graduated from Coshocton High School, served in the U.S. Army and was currently working as a heavy equipment operator for Tim Jones Excavating.

He is survived by his brother, Frank (Alice) Bicknell of Isletta; several nieces and nephews.

Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by his infant brother, Charles L. Bicknell.

Friends may call at The Miller Funeral Home, 639 Main St., Coshocton on Friday August 22, 2014 from 2:00 PM-4:00 PM where funeral services will begin at 4:00 PM with Lloyd Tenney officiating and Coshocton County Veterans Honor Guard performing military honors. A cremation will take place after funeral services.

Memorial contributions may be directed to the funeral home to help defray funeral expenses, envelopes will be available at the funeral home.

Mr. Bicknell, I just meet you the other day at Bob's house (I was Bob's back yard neighbor) I truly want to express my deepest sympathy on your brother's passing.
