Eva Jean McMullin Smith was born April 6, 1932 in Stanton, Texas and died September 13, 2015 in Conroe Texas. She married Robert Sanders Smith on June 30, 1968. They lived in Humboldt, Tennessee until his death in 1988 where she was a member of Central Avenue Christian Church. She was a member of Veterans of Foreign War Auxiliary Post # 4709 Conroe, Texas. She was preceded in death by parents Charles Eugene McMullin and Estelle Wells Johnson, daughter, Linda Maxwell, sisters Betty Hanna and Wanda Harmon. She is survived by brother, John McMullin and wife Wynetta, sister, Judy Lawson, numerous nieces and nephews. Jean was an eccentric sister, aunt and friend who will be missed very much. Funeral Services will be held 10:00 am on Friday, Septemeber 18, 2015 at Earthman Resthaven Funeral Home, 13102 North Freeway, Houston, TX 77060. Instead of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Jean's name to Veterans of Foreign War Auxiliary Post #4709, P O Box 1807, Conroe, TX.
