Floyd (Roshawn) Bellard was born on August 21, 1967, in Conroe, Texas to Omelia Smith. Roshawn Bellard departed this life on Saturday, August 23, 2025, surrounded by love and memories that will live on in the hearts of those who knew him. He was born and raised in Conroe, Texas, and graduated from Conroe High School in 1987. At an early age, Roshawn united with Gary Chapel, where he was baptized under the leadership of Pastor William Smith. the life of the PARTY).He enjoyed watching sports and sharing lively conversations with family and friends, always bringing energy and enthusiasm to every discussion. He was the proud father of six beautiful children: Ashley, Jerry, Cornelius, Ayeisha, Latovia, and Delton.

Roshawn is preceded in death by his parents, Detriot and Omelia Smith; his son, Cornelius Haynes; one brother, Elbert Greenwood; grandparents, William and Roberta Smith; uncles Sam Smith, Louis Smith, Payton Smith, and Tom Smith; and one aunt, Willie Jean James. He leaves to cherish his memory his five children: Ashley, Jerry, Ayeisha, Latovia, and Delton; eight beloved grandchildren: Jadarious, Jamarian, Lyric, Jada, Jazlynn, Janice, Jerry Jr., and Jataria; one sister, Roberta Greenwood; two brother, Torrey Smith, Joshua Bradford; and a host of extended family and friends who will forever remember his vibrant spirit, kind heart, and enduring love.
