Mr. James Feltus, III, born in New Orleans LA, on 1/9/43, passed in Conroe TX on 3/30/14. Family and friends will gather at 10567 Veterans Memorial Dr., Houston TX 77038 on Mon., 4/7/14 at 11:30 a.m. We will go in procession to Houston National Cemetery for interment and Military Honors at 12:30.

I am sadden to hear of the loss of my cousin James Feltus III. We grew up together in New Orleans, LA. His Father, Bishop James Feltus, Jr. and my Father, Superintendent Henry M. Evans, Sr. were 1st cousin. My prayers are with the family of James Feltus III. May he Rest in Peace.
