Rev. Milton Perry Bay 61, passed away queitly on Sept.1, 2015 at his home. Visitation will be held Fri.3-7pm @ Collins & Johnson. Service, First Baptist Church, 5647 Trinity St., Richards, TX 77873. Rev. L L Dunbar, pastor/ officiant and Rev. Franklin Higgins, eulogist. Interment Longstreet Cemetery, Richards, TX.
