Delca Jones Obituary
Delca Geneva Jones, 84, of London, Arkansas, died Sunday, Dec. 22, 2024, at Legacy Heights Nursing Home in Russellville, Arkansas.
She was born June 11, 1940, in Missouri, to Jonah and Pannie Bethina Rudder Mahan. Delca worked as a licensed practical nurse throughout her career.
She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Jonah Elijah Mahan Jr. and Benjamin Franklin Mahan.
She is survived by six daughters, Barbara Britton (Arthur) of London, Linda June Goldsberg, Rebecca Jo McKinsley, Lanita Marie Latham, Millie Lynn McQuade, and Mary Beth Brown; a son, Larry Dean Jones; and a sister, Marie. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
A private committal service will be held at the new Chapel of Light at the J. Herman Humphrey Dignity Cremation Center under the direction of Humphrey Funeral Service. The online obituary and guestbook are available at www. humphreyfuneral.com.
