Donna Carroll Riddle, a charismatic and compassionate soul, departed this life on July 15, 2023, at the age of 76.
Born on February 1, 1947, in Hector, Donna was a beacon of spirited energy and reliability in the lives of those who knew her. Donna, for over two decades, served diligently as an Administrative Assistant at Arkansas Nuclear One, demonstrating her unwavering commitment and hard work. Always the life of the party, Donna was an avid fan of the Arkansas Razorbacks and volunteer at the Rogers Adult Wellness Center. Her vibrant spirit and inspiring optimism made her a joy to be around, and her absence will be profoundly felt.
Donna leaves behind a loving family who will cherish her memory: sons Kevin (Liz) Hays, Scott (Jennifer) Hays, and Trevor (Jamie) Hays; grandsons Avery Hays and Conner Hays; siblings Sue (Roger) Lay, Tommy (Joanne) Hill, Jane Barton, Brenda Millsap, Sharon (Dickey) Barnett, Jeanie (BJ) McAlister, and Tim (Sadra) Hill as well as numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Thurman and Clella Hill, and siblings Linda Hill and James Hill.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, July 21, 2023, at 10 a.m. at the Walnut Grove Cemetery, 901 Walnut Grove Road, Hector. Rev. Jerry Patton will officiate.
As a member of Calvary Free Will Baptist Church in Springdale, Donna's life was guided by her faith. In these moments of sorrow, we find solace in the words of scripture, "I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help." (Psalm 121:1)
We encourage friends and family to share their memories and upload photographs of Donna to her memorial page. Her radiant smile, infectious laughter, and warm heart touched us all, and sharing these moments will help keep her spirit alive in our hearts.

Bob and I just found out today about Donna! We loved this spunky lady to pieces and so enjoyed "calling the Hogs" with her at Baseball games. Her strawberry cake was famous at our tailgate gatherings as well as her laugh and joyful personality. We send our prayers, love and condolences.

We were surprised to see that Donna had passed away. We became friends through the Razorback Booster Club while in Russellville. Our paths crossed again at the Adult Wellness Center in Rogers and we always ran into each other at Razorback games. We actually parked in the same parking lot for women's games. We will miss seeing her. She was a razorback through and through. We will not be able to attend Friday. A fitting song to honor her on Friday would be to play the Razorback Fight Song. May God's promise that she is with Him bring you much comfort. I know she will be calling the Hogs in Heaven on game day.
