Shane was always so happy during Color Guard practice. I'm so sad I only had a few weeks to get to know him. He worked so hard while doing anything and he always lightened the mood with a joke. He was so kind, and uplifting. I remember when I saw him after school on the 15th, I really wanted to go talk to him and wish him a good day, but he was already on the bus. I sometimes wonder if me talking to him would change his mind.

I wasn't close to Shane but I saw how hard and dedicated he worked at practice. He would always try hard and motivated me to do better. When I couldn't get something right in practice he told me 'don't worry I can't even do it right either." and that really helped me. It really broke all of our hearts when we heard the news, and many just broke down(including me). Please reach out if you're having trouble. My prayers to his family and friends. May god bless you all.

Shane Dolph was always someone that could easily light up a room, and not just because of his bright red hair. It was his smile too. His smile was so welcoming, so big and bright all the time. So genuine. He was always kind, never rude, and I always saw him talking with his classmates and laughing. He was always polite, and always had something nice to say. I will forever miss his laughter, miss his smile. I'll miss his personality and his golden heart. He was just the nicest person! He always reminded me of a big ray of sunshine, because thats what he truly was. I will forever hold him close to my heart, and will always hold onto my memories with him. They were truly special. Even though Shane is no longer with us, we all can still find comfort in the stories and memories he left us, and the smiles he left on our faces. We can find comfort in the warmth and light he spread to so many others even while he was hurting. Shane Dolph will forever be missed. We ALL will miss you, Shane. So much. Thank you for being in my life, and so many others. And thank you for touching all our hearts with your golden light. Fly high.

I never knew Shane too well, but me and my brother grew up with him. He was a bright light in a sometimes dull, dark world. We'll all miss him dearly. May God rest his soul, and my deepest condolences to his family, his brother, and his friends.

Shane Dolph, we knew him since he was 6 years old when they played T-Ball with my daughter. Shane Dolph was a sweet, happy and well mannered young man, every time when he saw me at RHS working as a substitute he called me "Mrs.Skaggs" how are? He was one of my daughters friends that went to my daughter´s sweet 16th birthday party! They all had a good time of saying jokes and laughing! And 2 days later 04/16/22 he and his twin brother visit our Church RFA to watch the Passion Play of Jesus. Shane was so touched by the play of Jesus that day he accepted Jesus as his savior, he was very happy and so emotional at the same time, we had a good visit after the play, eating pizza, cookies and laughing. Shane said he want come back to church because he liked so much! I wish we have had more time with him coming to church and visiting! He is resting with the Lord now, he was sweet, had a big heart and was happy as can be! We love you Shane, and will miss you! May the Lord comforts your twin brother Shawn, your family and friends! Much love from the Skaggs family
