Wilma Carr Obituary

Wilma Sue Carr, age 81, of Russellville, died Thursday, May 13, 2021, at Saint Mary's Regional Medical Center. She was born Oct. 22, 1939, in Russellville, to Chester Anthony and Vesta Irene Sullivan Parker.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Eule Carr Sr.; sister, Maxine Davis; and two brothers, Carol and Charlie Parker.

She is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Earline and Jeff Gray; three sons and daughters-in-law, Eule Jr. and Lucy Carr, Wesley and Sherry Carr and Darren Carr; three nieces, Susan Griffin, Sharon Smith and Sheila Peterson; 11 grandchildren, Jordan Gray, Jessie Hogan, Krystal Shipp, Shirley Wade, John, Shelby and Shelisa Carr, Dylan Carr, Josie Morrow and Josh and Robert Carr; several great-grandchildren; along with other relatives and friends.

The funeral service will be at 10 a.m. on Saturday at the Shinn Chapel, with Pastor Don Stiles officiating, and burial in Bethel Cemetery under the direction of Shinn Funeral Service of Russellville.

The family will receive friends from 9:30 a.m. until service time in the chapel.

Pallbearers are Aaron Hogan, Kyle Shipp, Brandon Wade, Jordan Gray, Jeremy Morrow, Jeff Stewart and Ronnie Greer.

The honorary pallbearer is Carter Hogan.
