Albert Kump Obituary

Of Laurel Springs died Tuesday afternoon April 3 2007 of complications from a stroke at Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia. He was 64 and was a longtime resident of Laurel Springs.
He was born and raised in Bridgeton and was the son of the late Albert B. Kump MD and the late Elizabeth (nee Bacon) Kump who were longtime residents of Bridgeton. He was the loving husband of Jane L. (nee Ashman) Kump for the last thirty-six years and the devoted father of Laurie and Andrew Kump. Mr. Kump retired from First Union Bank (now Wachovia) in Phila-delphia in 2000 where he served as a tax officer in the Fiduciary Tax Department. He was also a member of the Trinity Lutheran Church in Runnemede and was an avid golfer.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday afternoon April 10th at the FREITAG FUNERAL HOME 137 W. Commerce St. Bridgeton with Rev. Andrew Engelhart III of the Trinity Lutheran Church officiating. The interment will take place at Overlook Cemetery in Bridgeton. Friends will be received at the funeral home Tuesdayafternoon from 1 until 2.
In lieu of flowers donations are requested to the Temple University Hospital Neurology ICU 3401 N. Broad Street Philadelphia PA 19140 or to Trinity Lutheran Church 200 E. Clements Bridge Rd. Runnemede NJ 08078.
