Of Voorhees on Feb. 22 2008 age 79 years.
Beloved husband for 59 years to Ann Campisi (nee Gugliuzza); devoted father of Anthony Campisi & his wife Teresa of Collingswood Joanne Clement & her husband Richard of Stratford and Patricia Runyan & her husband James of Oceanview; adoring grandfather of Jason (Jessica) Campisi Leah Campisi Rich (Kristina) Clement Andrew (Hilary) Clement Laura (Ryan) Harbold Lynn (J.L.) Clarkson & Elizabeth Runyan; brother of Joseph (Joan) Campisi & Marie Randazzo; brother-in-law of Jack & Joseph Gugliuzza; cousin of Diana (Joseph) LaPergola & Dolores Fiordaliso.
Anthony attended S. Phila. High School & served in the US Army of Occupation in Japan following WWII. Mr. Campisi was a plant manager at Action Mfg. Co. in NE Phila. retiring in 1993 after over 30 years. Anthony continued as a consultant thereafter.
While living in Collingswood Mr. Campisi was a 4th Degree of Knights of Columbus Fr. McGill Council at St. John's RC Church. In retirement Anthony volunteered for Meals-on-Wheels and at St. Gregory's Church.
Viewing Tuesday 7-9 PM in BLAKE-DOYLE FUNERAL HOME 226 Collings Ave. Collings-wood. Funeral Wednesday 9 AM from the Funeral Home. FUNERAL MASS 11 AM in St. Gregory's RC Church Magnolia. Interment in Calvary Cemetery Cherry Hill.
The Family suggests donations in Anthony's memory to St. Gregory's RC Church 340 Evesham Ave. East Magnolia NJ 08049.
