Anthony A. Caputo

AGE: 73 • Lahaina, Maui

Anthony A. Caputo, 73, of Lahaina, Maui, passed away on November 1, 2014 peacefully in his home. He was born on September 16, 1941 in New York City, and was a resident of Maui for the past seven years. He was a founding member and former Chairman & CEO of SafeNet Inc., which now employees 1,500 people. He was an active member of church and community, specifically in the Maria Lanakila Parish and as president of his home owners association.

Anthony is survived by his wife, Victoria; children John, James, Andrew, Caryn and Ian; sisters Sr. Carmel, Josephine and Mary Jean; and 5 grandchildren.

Visitations will be held on Thursday, November 6, 2014 at Sacred Hearts Church in Lahaina from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., with service to begin at 10:00 a.m.; with burial to follow at Valley Isle Memorial Park in Haiku at 12:30 p.m.
